Cage Features
• Specifically designed, tested, and manufactured for animal care by experienced veterinarians, the VersaCage™ provides a bright, warm, and quiet cage environment.
• White one-piece molded polyethylene composition housing. No corners, seams, or joints to collect waste materials. All interior corners fully rounded to promote easy cleaning.
• Polyethylene walls allow light to filter into the cage.
• Surface is impervious to all chemical, urine, and fecal materials and will not stain or retain odor. Disinfecting with bleach or other disinfectants will not cause discoloration, corrosion, or disintegration of the cage.
• Each cage is fully assembled, individually packaged, and ready for use. Hardware for the assembly of cage banks is included
Door Features
• All stainless steel construction. Welded at every intersection, constructed of ¼” diameter rod, type 304 stainless steel.
• Latch and hinges are sturdy 16-gauge type 304 stainless steel attached to the cage front with ¼” stainless steel bolts, washers, and lock nuts.
• Door, latch, and hinges are electropolished for a smooth, bright, easy to clean finish.
• Door is mounted on the exterior, and is standard with the latch on the left and the hinges on the right. Right hand latch and removable doors are available upon request.
• Double latch mechanism is self-locking in design. This allows one hand operation and provides maximum security.
